Our Beginner (Bronze) scent detection workshop is open to all dogs and handlers no prior experience or obedience training is required! We often find that dogs with no previous training pick up scent work remarkably fast.
Scent detection is an excellent activity for high-energy and working breeds, providing a great outlet to help them relax. It’s also highly beneficial for reactive or nervous dogs, as the focused nature of scent work helps them feel calm and more comfortable in social situations. Plus, we should warn you—many owners find it just as addictive as their dogs do!
At the end of the workshop, everyone will receive a certificate and a rosette for completing the session.
